About The Position

Arroweye, a CPI company, is seeking a Production Operator to join its expanding manufacturing team. The operator configures and runs ASI equipment to transform materials into completed products according to specifications and established procedures. The position is based in a production facility focused on safety and teamwork, and is identified as a night-shift role. The listed pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to adapt to alternate shift schedules to accommodate customer demands during peak times.
Dependability, with a track record of good attendance and punctuality.
Elementary English communication skills.
Ability to stand, stoop, walk, bend, pull, climb, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work around various machinery and materials.

Previous experience with an ISO or documented quality system.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and operate ASI equipment to transform materials into finished products according to specifications, procedures, and practices.
Follow standard processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Handle consumables, materials, and machinery properly and conduct quality checks to achieve optimal product quality.
Keep equipment and workspaces clean and organized.
Address urgent requests without prior notice while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Participate in cross-training within operations and maintain proficiency in all areas and processes.
Comply with safety requirements, company policies, and regulations.
