About The Position

Arroweye, a CPI company, is seeking a Production Operator to join its expanding manufacturing team. The role configures and operates ASI equipment to transform materials into finished products according to specifications and established procedures. Operators help maintain product quality, follow safety and regulatory requirements, and keep equipment and workspaces clean and organized. The position is based in a production facility focused on safety and teamwork and requires physical activity, including standing, stooping, walking, bending, pulling, climbing, and lifting materials up to 50 pounds. The pay range is $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to adapt to alternate shift schedules to accommodate customer demands during peak times.
Dependability, with a track record of good attendance and punctuality.
Elementary English communication skills.
Ability to stand, stoop, walk, bend, pull, climb, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in an ISO or documented quality system.

Participate in cross-training within operations and maintain proficiency in all areas and processes.
Comply with safety requirements, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
