Responsibilities

Operate block-making machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Perform daily cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of the block machine
Communicate equipment issues and repair needs promptly to the Plant Manager
Assist with preventive maintenance and general plant repairs as needed
Operate rolling and support equipment when required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Participate in end-of-shift plant cleanup activities
