About The Position
Marvin is hiring Machine Operators to join their wood processing team. In this role, you will operate a combination of advanced robotics, CNC technology, and established wood-processing equipment to produce precision-crafted wood products. The first six months include an apprentice-style training program designed to build confidence, develop technical skills, and establish a strong foundation in safe operating practices. Marvin offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 relocation bonus for those who relocate for the role.

- Analytical skills to resolve sophisticated scenarios

Responsibilities
- Operate a range of original and advanced wood manufacturing equipment with a strong focus on safety and precision
- Use high-performance software and tools to set up accurate and efficient machining processes
- Handle the flow of materials by offloading completed parts to designated locations and inputting wood stock for upcoming production
- Monitor equipment performance and proactively respond to changes by making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
