About The Position

As a Machine Operator, you will operate production equipment while maintaining safety, quality, food-safety, and efficiency standards. You will monitor production, adjust equipment, address minor issues, and work with your team to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and safety documents.
• Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with focus on quality and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment
• Monitor performance and adjust machines
• Complete quality and food-safety checks
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Maintain accurate production records
• Follow GMP and sanitation procedures
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Communicate during shift handoffs
• Help meet daily production goals
• Suggest safety, quality, and efficiency improvements

Benefits

• Starting pay of $21.00/hour
• Average annual earnings of $50,232
• $0.50/hour raise after 90 days
• Additional $0.50/hour raise after 6 months
