Requirements

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with CNC machinery.
• Ability to process work orders independently or with minimal instructions.
• Experience working with multiple CNC machines.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Ability to identify quality, process, machinery, or equipment defects.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to implement continual training for teammates (temps and permanent).
• Willingness to participate in company training courses, safety and project onsite.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings to manufacture parts using CNC machinery.
• Demonstrate ability to process work orders independently or with minimal instructions.
• Work with multiple CNC machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
