About The Position
Our Machine Operator- Aesthetics is responsible for maintaining all filling machines in the facility for the aesthetics department. This role involves setting up, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining equipment to meet production schedules, monitoring machines during procedures, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring regular and preventative maintenance is carried out. The operator will also perform random tests for accuracy, monitor quality checks on output, maintain activity logs, and assist in other areas as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma
Nice To Haves
- Vocational training as a machine operator, with 2-3 years of experience
- Mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail a must
Responsibilities
- Set-up, clean, repair and maintain equipment to meet our production schedules
- Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running
- Troubleshoot problems during machine operation
- Ensure that regular and preventative maintenance procedures are carried out
- Perform random tests to ensure accuracy
- Ensure that machines are producing quality products by monitoring periodic checks on output
- Maintain activity logs
- Assist in other areas as needed
