About The Position
The Machine Operator sets up and operates equipment to produce metal parts while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This role includes inspecting parts, tracking production, performing basic machine maintenance, and moving materials through the process. Candidates should be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience
- Read blueprints/shop prints
- Use calipers, micrometers, tape measures
- Basic machine operation and troubleshooting
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Drug Screen Required
- Background Check Required

- Forklift or material handling experience
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up multiple machines to produce metal parts (nuts, bolts, rods, etc.)
- Inspect parts using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Separate defective vs acceptable parts
- Track production and complete documentation (quality cards, time tracking)
- Move materials and package finished goods
- Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Use equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and cranes
