Requirements
- Basic maintenance and mechanical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
- Experience with quality control processes
- Familiarity with safety gear and workplace safety regulations
Nice To Haves
- Experience with high-speed machinery
- Knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
Responsibilities
- Set up machines for production, including cleaning and calibration
- Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
- Monitor machine output to identify and correct defects or errors
- Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Expedite orders and respond to urgent requests as needed
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Other duties as assigned
