Key responsibilities include obtaining and performing First Piece Validation, inspecting production pieces, troubleshooting machinery, performing basic machine repairs, and observing machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions. The role also requires reporting defective materials or questionable conditions, managing scrap, following standard work methods for efficiency, practicing safe work habits, and maintaining the 5S housekeeping system within assigned work areas.
