About The Position

Set up and operate Water Jet machines and computer. This role involves obtaining and applying information from Work Instruction Files/Travelers, reading and understanding blueprints, setting up and operating water jet machines (both media and water only), performing necessary program adjustments to produce good parts, and making machine changes or adjustments as required. The operator will also inspect completed product to the blueprint, complete necessary documentation, understand and follow policy procedures, and label and identify products. Additionally, the role may involve operating a vision system for silicone verification and performing and documenting preventative maintenance functions. Occasional duties include assisting in other areas as needed and potentially training others once competent.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Familiar with production schedules.

Responsibilities
