All training is provided on the job to ensure success and growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work rotating shifts and stand for extended periods
• Adapt to a fast-paced production environment
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Computer literacy for basic functions (data entry, label printing, etc.)
• Canadian Citizen or hold a Permanent Residency

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Familiarity with measurement tools and visual inspection
