About The Position

Join Amcor – Little Chute as a Thermoforming Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality packaging that makes a global impact. You’ll run a machine, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. As a Thermoforming Operator, you'll play a key role in making K-cups for Keurig coffee makers! Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in machine operating
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
  • Bring a passion for safety, quality, and a high performing culture

Responsibilities

  • Run a machine
  • Ensure safety and quality standards
  • Support machine setups and line clearances - set up packing automation, help with tool changes, stage materials, operate a forklift
  • Perform quality assurance checks and make adjustments as needed
  • Communicate any defects found and replace with good product
  • Use a computer program to make sure specification, labels, and materials match
  • Follow the packing specification to pack, wrap, and label product before using an RF scanner to scan into inventory locations
  • Keep the facility clean by following a 5S schedule
  • Attend monthly training and follow all GMP and PPE policies
