About The Position

We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Skilled Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. Operators may work with sheet lasers, press brakes, automatic presses, and other fabrication equipment to produce high-quality components while maintaining safety and production standards.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Comfortable learning new equipment and computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a stable work history.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of up to 10 hours.
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds, depending on the work area.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with laser cutting, press brake operation, auto press operation, CNC equipment, or similar machinery is a plus.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including laser machines, press brakes, and automatic presses.
• Perform tooling changes and assist with machine setup adjustments.
• Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical or safety concerns.
• Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and production specifications.
• Complete production logs, quality documentation, and other required records.
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
• Maintain proper labeling and organization of materials and finished products.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and routine housekeeping duties.
• Meet daily production and productivity goals.
• Operate material handling equipment when required.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
