Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture
- Receive training as required
- Perform various positions as required/assigned
- Provide guidance and ensure compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the Cut-Up Area
- Assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility
- Set up their line(s) for production
- Complete each job in the Cut-Up area
- Complete various log sheets
