About The Position

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! This role involves producing, packaging, and labeling all products to meet or exceed quality specifications. The Machine Operator will operate various manufacturing and measurement equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any operational issues or deviations from standards to the Lead/Supervisor. A key aspect of the role is meeting production deadlines and taking responsibility for all manufactured products. The position requires a strong understanding of the documentation system, including reading comprehension, writing, and accurate document completion. There may be opportunities to assist engineering or manufacturing technicians with process, product, and tooling validation. Adherence to gowning processes and procedures is essential, along with maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Requirements

• High School/Trade School Diploma or GED
• Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Must be able to read documentation, communicate, and write in English.
• Keen eye for quality
• Dependable
• Possess a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Produce/package/label all products to meet or exceed all quality specifications per shop order, QCIC’s and all other required documents provided.
• Operates various manufacturing and measurement equipment in a safe and orderly manner and notifies Lead/Supervisor when operating problems occur or standards cannot be met.
• Meet or exceed all due dates assigned to the manufacturing shop order.
• Responsible for all products manufactured.
• Understanding of documentation system including reading comprehension, writing and how to complete documents accurately.
• May assist engineering or manufacturing technicians with validation of processes, product and tooling.
• Understand and follow gowning processes and procedures while maintaining a clean and presentable work station.
