About The Position
Volt is hiring a Machine Operator in American Fork, Utah. This full-time contract role operates and monitors injection molding machines to support safe, efficient production. The operator works toward daily production targets while maintaining product quality, inspects parts against specifications and customer standards, packs finished products into designated dunnage, and loads and unloads materials as needed. The role also requires maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, quality standards, and production documentation.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience operating injection molding or other manufacturing equipment.
