Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Ability to measure and cut materials accurately
• Ability to handle and transfer heavy rails
• Proficiency in loading and unloading pre-cut stiles
• Proficiency in entering programs into CNC machines
• Proficiency in performing cutting, milling, and drilling operations
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with loading and drilling rails
• Experience performing repetitive lifting
• Experience cutting long rails into shorter lengths
• A minimum of 1 - 3 years of manufacturing experience

Responsibilities
