About The Position

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machines used in the production process under the supervision of senior operators.
Perform routine checks on machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues to the team lead or supervisor.
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and changing machine parts.
Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and downtime.
Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machine operation.
Serves as a support to team members to meet daily production goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
