Requirements

Prior experience operating plastic manufacturing machinery such as extrusion, thermoforming, blow molding, or injection molding.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
Team player; work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality staff
Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
Must have sufficient visual acuity, hearing, and manual dexterity to safely operate computer-based machinery

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery including extrusion, thermoforming, blow molding, and injection molding.
Set up machines according to production specifications and ensure proper calibration.
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
