Nice To Haves

3+ years of machine operating/welding/material handling experience preferred
Previous supervisory experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

Directly supervise the cutting (machine operating) crew at the site level.
Approve timecards.
Approve requests for time off of work.
Recommend disciplinary action when appropriate.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Operate CNC machinery at a highly skilled and knowledgeable level.
Troubleshoot machinery and train employees on machinery.
Directly supervise designated employees.
Perform/assist with employee performance evaluations for area of responsibility.
Verify employee timecard.
Train and assist assigned employees.
Follow all company safety and quality requirements.
Communicate with team members verbally and non-verbally.
Work efficiently in all forms of weather (wind, heat, cold, rain, snow).
Willing to work flexible hours and overtime or weekends as needed.
Prompt and dependable attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
