Requirements

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take direction
Comfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods of time
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Regularly lift up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to work on-site
Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
Reliable transportation to the Newbury, Ohio location.

Responsibilities

Operate machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components.
Perform minor tool offsets and material loading as required.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
Ensure that all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures.
