About The Position
This role is for a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift, working evenings from 3:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime is likely available during the week, extending beyond the standard finish time. The Machine Operator/Production Operator is actively involved in all duties related to the screening process, which includes manually applying various soldermasks and legends to circuit boards.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- Standing for long periods of time is required.
- Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may be required.
- Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines.
- Use of hand tools requires dexterity.
Responsibilities
- Set up jobs from travelers and verify registration.
- Operate various presses.
- Operate pumice scrubber.
- Develop LPI Ink or Dry Film off circuit boards through the developer.
- Perform some maintenance of equipment.
