Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture
- Receive training as required
- Perform various positions as required/assigned
- Provide guidance and ensure compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the Breast Tray Pack Area
- Assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility
- Set up their line(s) for production
- Ensure the line(s) is running properly and in control per company standards
- Perform preventative maintenance on Pac Mac machine
- Maintain good housekeeping in the Breast Tray Pack area
- Complete each job in the Breast Tray Pack area
- Complete various log sheets
- Monitor the condemned pounds, and notify Management
- Perform glaze checks and notify management of any changes
