Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills (Level I)
• 2+ years of experience or technical training (Level II)
• 3+ years of experience with specialized machinery (e.g., thermoforming, injection molding) (Level III)
• Basic computer and typing skills required
• Ability to accurately document machine activity and issues in real time
• Candidates with prior experience working comparable extended-shift schedules will be strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using tablets, production systems, or data entry strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed equipment
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines
• Perform quality checks and basic maintenance
• Log production data and follow safety/GMP procedures
• Use SAP and on-machine computer/tablet systems to document machine performance, log downtime, issues, and production updates, and input and track real-time operational data.
