About The Position
We are looking for self-motivated and safety-conscious candidates to join our production team in our Buckeye, AZ location. New employees can earn $57K in total compensation when working at Canam Steel Corp for a 40-50 hour work week. This includes the base rate, shift differential, overtime, retention and production bonuses. There are additional ways to earn including referral bonuses and mentoring incentives. Position is full-time with benefits!
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Ability to obtain valid crane certification.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications.
- Operate overhead cranes for efficient material handling.
- Operate 1 machine (Stud machine, Bridging Stacker, Stacker and Painters).
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required.
