We boldly go. On-Site (5 days) Set-up and operate various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components and/or assemblies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department.
  • Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department.
  • Take Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better.
  • Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance
  • Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, and touch screens for equipment).
  • Successful completion of introductory period (6 months)
  • Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals
  • Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe and clean workplace
  • Basic understanding, support and commitment to the team and continuous improvement
  • Resolves the problems at the lowest level possible
  • Identifies possible solutions when communicating problems
  • Follows rules of conduct at all times
  • Ability to learn, understand and adhere to standard work
  • Understands the importance of safety, quality, delivery and cost
