About The Position

Jabil is hiring a Machine Operator II to manufacture precision orthopedic trauma device components, including screws and TFNA nails, at its Monument facility. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing and inspection equipment while meeting quality, safety, and manufacturing requirements. The operator helps produce critical components used by surgeons and supports products that contribute to patient mobility and recovery. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of related manufacturing experience and/or training.
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and inspection tools in a production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Produce precision trauma device components, including screws and TFNA nails.
Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment, including lathes, mills, gun drills, Hasagawa equipment, inspection machines, and other production equipment as assigned.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and identify concerns before they affect production.
Conduct gauge inspections and verify equipment remains within calibration requirements.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.
Partner with production and leadership teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
