About The Position

At Jabil, the Machine Operator II helps manufacture precision orthopedic trauma device components, including products used by surgeons worldwide. The role operates and maintains manufacturing equipment while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. At the Monument facility, the operator works with a collaborative team in a clean, fast-paced environment focused on quality, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related manufacturing experience and/or training; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and inspection tools in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce precision trauma device components, including screws and TFNA nails.
• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment such as lathes, mills, gun drills, Hasagawa equipment, inspection machines, and other production equipment, depending on assignment.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and identify concerns before they affect production.
• Conduct gauge inspections and verify that equipment remains within calibration requirements.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.
• Partner with production and leadership teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
