Requirements

Basic knowledge of the English language, including being able to read, speak, and write to include understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
Basic knowledge of arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Knowledge of safe equipment and machinery operations and procedures.
Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their operation, uses, and maintenance.
Ability to adjust the controls of a machine or a process quickly and repeatedly to exact positions.
Ability to convey information effectively to others.

High School diploma or equivalent.
6 months related experience or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
Housekeeping and sanitation of area.
Ability to train others on operations and functions of the equipment
Collect and enter data
