About The Position

This position is for a Machine Operator II on the 2nd Shift. The role involves setting up and operating various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components and/or assemblies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department.
  • Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department.
  • Take Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better.
  • Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance.
  • Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, and touch screens for equipment).

  • Primary focus is learning the process.

Responsibilities

  • Set-up and operate various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components and/or assemblies.
  • Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department.
  • Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department.
  • Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance.
  • Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, and touch screens for equipment).
  • Successful completion of introductory period (6 months).
  • Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals.
