About The Position
This role involves operating manufacturing machinery and equipment safely to meet production requirements. The Machine Operator II will inspect machined components, complete production records, and identify/report issues. The position also requires following quality systems, collaborating with team members, learning new tasks, and potentially training coworkers.

Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely while meeting production requirements.
- Inspect machined components using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and specification compliance.
- Accurately complete production records, maintenance logs, and required documentation.
- Identify, document, and report scrap, equipment issues, safety concerns, and production problems.
- Follow site-specific quality systems, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Learn and perform new tasks and responsibilities while demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude.
- Train and support coworkers on equipment operation and documentation processes when needed.
