About The Position
The Machine Operator II is responsible for the advanced operation and maintenance of complex machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. This role involves overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards, performing advanced troubleshooting, and coordinating with team members to maintain efficient operations. The Machine Operator II works under minimal supervision and may be responsible for training and guiding less experienced operators. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in operating and managing sophisticated machinery and equipment, understanding their functions and settings.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues.
- Clear communication with supervisors, maintenance personnel, quality control inspectors, and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
- Skill in training and guiding less experienced operators and sharing knowledge effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
