About The Position
We are a well-established, Omaha-based manufacturer with over 70 years of providing quality products to our clients. Phillips Manufacturing is the one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing, and fire-rated assemblies with facilities around the country.
Requirements
- Pass a pre-employment drug testing, background, and physical capacity screenings.
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs continuously throughout shift.
- Walk, stand, bend, and twist for long periods of time.
- Repetitive Movement.

- Moderate Computer Literacy Skills Required (Scanning, Labels, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Operates a machine maintaining continuity of operation at maximum production consistent with proper safety and quality requirements.
- Inspect, Prepare, Adjust, Minor Repair of Machine.
- Meet Product Specifications: Taking & Reading Measurements.
- Moderate Computer Literacy Skills Required (Scanning, Labels, etc.).
- Produce Legible & Accurate Production Reports.
- Place Finished Cartons/Bundles in Proper Holding Carts.
- Walk, stand, bend, and twist for long periods of time. Repetitive Movement.
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs continuously throughout shift.
- Ensure to adhere to Attendance Policy.
- Abide by all Safety Protocol.
