Requirements

1 or more years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed instructions and procedures
Strong focus on safety, quality and consistency
Basic computer or documentation skills
Ability to work shifts, stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as required

Responsibilities

Operating production machinery to manufacture products in line with safety, quality and productivity standards
Performing routine equipment checks and basic adjustments to ensure smooth operation
Following standard operating procedures and work instructions with a strong attention to detail
Completing required production and quality documentation accurately and on time
Identifying and escalating equipment or process issues to support continuous improvement
Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
