About The Position

Phillips Manufacturing is a well-established, Omaha-based manufacturer with over 65 years of providing quality products to our clients. We are a one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing, and fire-rated assemblies with facilities around the country. A Machine Operator operates a machine maintaining continuity of operation at maximum production consistent with proper safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55lbs continuously throughout shift.
• Pass a pre-employment drug testing, background, and physical capacity screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Moderate Computer Skills Required (Scanning, Labels, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, Prepare, Adjust, Minor Repair of Machine.
• Meet Product Specifications: Taking & Reading Measurements.
• Moderate Computer Skills Required (Scanning, Labels, etc.).
• Produce Legible & Accurate Production Reports.
• Place Finished Cartons/Bundles in Proper Holding Carts.
• Walk, stand, bend, and twist for long periods of time.
• Repetitive Movement.
• Ensure to adhere to Attendance Policy.
• Abide by all Safety Protocol.
