About The Position
Phillips Manufacturing is a well-established, Omaha-based manufacturer with over 65 years of providing quality products to clients. They are a one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing, and fire-rated assemblies, with facilities around the country. A Machine Operator operates a machine, maintaining continuity of operation at maximum production consistent with proper safety and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs continuously throughout shift
- Must pass a pre-employment drug testing
- Must pass a background screening
- Must pass physical capacity screenings
Responsibilities
- Inspect, Prepare, Adjust, Minor Repair of Machine
- Meet Product Specifications: Taking & Reading Measurements
- Utilize moderate computer skills (Scanning, Labels, etc.)
- Produce Legible & Accurate Production Reports
- Place Finished Cartons/Bundles in Proper Holding Carts
- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring walking, standing, bending, twisting for long periods of time, and repetitive movement
- Adhere to Attendance Policy
- Abide by all Safety Protocol
