The Machine Operator I is accountable for data/paperwork, work instruction compliance, and workstation cleanliness. Key responsibilities include following work instructions, maintaining cycle times, recognizing and recording rejects, adhering to IQMS and ISO standards, supporting safety standards, and communicating effectively with relief operators. The role also involves performing processes for production molds of varying complexity, using sample and quality documents as guidelines, and meeting standards for efficiency, scrap, and safety.
