Requirements

  • Good eyesight and hand coordination
  • Ability to read & understand assembly prints and Digital Traveler documents
  • Ability to troubleshoot and correct simple mechanical problems
  • Basic component identification skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with moderate supervision
  • IPC-A-610 certification required, or successful completion of certification program per an agreed upon timeline.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrates understanding of routine aspects of work.
  • Typically, up to 2 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Essential Duties & Responsibilities as presented above.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for set-up, operation and preventive Maintenance of assigned machines
  • Performs routine set up, operation, and preventative maintenance of Wave and Depanel equipment.
  • Controls and adjusts machine settings.
  • Inspects in-process parts to ensure quality meet requirements and identifies quality issues.
  • Operates light-duty bench or floor-type machine tools and equipment such as the FKN depanelizers, board routers, pallet cleaners, or stencil cleaners.
  • Ensures accurate documentation of all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance documents.
  • Assists in resolving routine manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations.
  • Selects appropriate processes from clearly documented rules, past practices, or instruction.
  • Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from manager.
  • Responsible for following established safety rules & 6S.
  • Participates in and supports Process Improvements
