As a Trex Machine Operator I, you’ll be responsible for operating production equipment, quality control checks and perform special processes and projects as required by leadership. Requirements

  • Previous experience with bulk materials, chemical systems or related experience is preferred for this role, but if you’ve worked in a manufacturing environment before, we want to hear from you!
  • Must be able to be forklift certified, requiring proper vision, hearing, and motor skills
  • Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, standing for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able and willing to comply with PPE requirements at all times

Responsibilities

  • Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times, including but not limited to proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
  • Perform housekeeping duties to keep plant in a safe state
  • Perform quality control checks on product during the production process to ensure that product specifications and standards are met
  • Deliver raw materials to the process lines at a rate that allows us to meet our production goals
  • Must be able to be forklift certified, requiring proper vision, hearing, and motor skills
  • Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner while handling production material.
  • In addition to the forklift, operators must also have knowledge on how to safely operate additional equipment such as grinders, mills, and other hand tools etc.
  • Operate production-classified machinery appropriately for each type of product movement or job duty
  • Control production line processes (including poly area, raw materials, monitor operations, troubleshoot production issues and make adjustments when necessary).
  • Perform special processes and projects as required by leadership
  • Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, standing for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able and willing to comply with PPE requirements at all times
