About The Position

Lifecore Biomedical is seeking a hard-working, reliable team player who wants to expand their career in biomedical manufacturing. As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate packaging equipment in the final manufacturing stages of Lifecore products.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least six months experience in the setup and operation of semi-automated manufacturing equipment
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
The ability to comprehend and follow written operating procedures
Able to lift 40 pounds

Nice To Haves

Previous packaging in a medical device or equivalent regulated industry a plus

Responsibilities

Set up, operate and perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment that labels, seals and packages Lifecore products
Perform all processes as required to label, print, tray seal, pouch, final package and inspect Lifecore products
Document completed work during the packaging of the products
Participate in the review of batch records, procedures, and practices to help ensure the safety of Lifecore products as well as personnel
