The Machine Operator I is accountable for data/paperwork accuracy, work instruction compliance, and maintaining a clean workstation. Key responsibilities include following work instructions, maintaining cycle times, recognizing and recording rejects, adhering to IQMS and ISO standards, supporting safety standards, and communicating effectively with relief operators. The role also involves performing production tasks for various job-specific molds and meeting standards for efficiency, scrap, and safety.
