Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand machine operations and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong focus on accuracy and quality in production.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery: Set up, operate, and monitor machines to produce products according to specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and minor troubleshooting.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Accurately record production data, including materials used, products produced, and any issues encountered.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any production challenges.
