About The Position

The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes. This position is designated as a Safety-Sensitive (A safety-sensitive position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility.
  • Follow cGMP procedures.
  • Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.
  • Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation.
