About The Position
The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes. This role is designated as a Safety-Sensitive position, meaning an associate's inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate's safety or the safety of others.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
- Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency.
- Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility.
- Follow cGMP procedures.
- Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.
- Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation.

- Contribute to a cooperative working effort by demonstrating a willingness to perform other job-related work, as needed or requested.
