About The Position
Fabricate high quality decorated signs out using water transfer processing to IPC specifications in the Hydrographic division to ensure customer satisfaction. Hours for this position are Monday - Thursday; 12:30pm - 10:30pm.
Requirements
- Full understanding of the Hydrographic dip tank.
- Full understanding of Wash out tank operation.
- Full understanding of paint mixing, and spraying.
- Full understanding of water transfer process.
- Full understanding of Macola and inventory control.
- Basic math skills and the ability to understand measurements.
- Ability to distinguish colors.
- Ability to use power tools and equipment.
- Some computer knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Run production schedule.
- Identify films and parts for dipping.
- Process work orders as indicated.
- Produce a high quality product.
- Fabricate orders in date sequence.
- Maintain communications with all manufacturing and office employees.
- Assist in training of new employees.
