About The Position

The Machine Operator D position in the Frameless Mill department requires the operator to read cutting orders, feed and cut materials accordingly. The operator must also check material for defects before loading it onto carts for the next production step. It is important to load parts onto carts set up for specific part sizes to avoid damage during transport.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Must be able to read and interpret production work-order tags.
• Attention to details is required to meet specifications and keep safe.
• Ability to work in a team environment successfully.
• Must complete all machine specific training that is needed before operating any machines.
