Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning how equipment works.
Willingness to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Comfort using basic computer systems (SAP or HMI experience is a plus, but we can train).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely around active machinery.
Willingness to wear required PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, close-toed shoes).

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate fillers and labelers and help keep production running smoothly.
Learn how to perform basic equipment adjustments and changeovers.
Perform equipment cleaning and rinsing processes.
Accurately enter product information into SAP and complete required documentation.
Partner with maintenance and production teammates on preventative tasks.
Monitor product quality, batch codes, and labeling to ensure everything meets standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Grow your skills by training on additional tasks and occasionally supporting line leadership.
