About The Position

As a Machine Operator Coating at MVA in Zwolle, you operate a coating machine to give wooden products a protective and attractive finish. You set up the machine, process scheduled orders according to specifications, inspect the coating and finished products, and record production information and checks. You also prepare and move wood and other materials. After an onboarding period, you work independently on one of the production lines, with colleagues available for consultation. MVA encourages employees to suggest improvements to the production process.

MVA processes, coats, and protects wooden products such as façade cladding, windows, doors, frames, and sheet materials. The company has a small, supportive team and an open, straightforward culture. MVA is part of the Lenferink family business, which has more than 250 employees and over 60 years of experience in property maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience as a machine operator, preferably in the wood or coating industry.
• Ability to work with order information, schedules, and production specifications.
• Accuracy and attention to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently, monitor the production process, solve problems, and consult with colleagues.
• A forklift certificate, or willingness to obtain one through MVA.
