About The Position

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring full-time Machine Operator Assistants to support our napkin production team in Clintonville, WI. No experience required — we provide paid training in a clean, safety-first environment. This role involves assisting machine operators in producing printed napkins, loading materials, preparing packaging supplies, checking product quality, clearing jams, cleaning machines, and maintaining a clean workspace. The position operates on a night shift with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, offering every other weekend off and only 14 workdays per month.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during a 12-hour shift
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong communication and teamwork

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in producing printed napkins
• Load materials and prepare packaging supplies
• Check product quality and accuracy (UPC codes, labels, etc.)
• Clear jams and clean machines as needed
• Assist with cleaning printing decks and changing rolls
• Follow all safety and food safety procedures (GMP/SQF)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Report issues to operators or maintenance
• Participate in training and equipment care
